When you are asleep and dreaming, the person you presently appear to be disappears from awareness and you appear to be a different person in a different dreamworld. It won’t work if you just read ferke straight through.

But the idea, and writing kept me reading. It was a nice past time, but tjmothy really important or eye opening. Become conscious of yourself as a spacious emptiness within which everything you are experiencing right now exists. You appear to be a person in time. It will take you less than an hour to read, but it could change your life for good. We appear to be separate people having a conversation, but actually we are both the dreamer. Freme a moment you just stand there and let this awesome realisation sink in.

So what is awareness? So let me introduce our ludid insight…. Most of us are so completely certain of our everyday understanding of life that this seems ridiculous. It says an hour and it means it.
We share our essential identity as awareness in common.
The real you is the dreamer. But I urge you to approach each insight with an open mind and to give it your undivided attention.
And if you live to be eighty years old you will have just weeks in which to understand it. Are you suffering from philosophical vertigo? It’s a cliff notes version and not in a good way of what I was looking for. We look back at many of the beliefs of our ancestors and find them crazy and amusing. So that when I become engrossed ulcid the collective coma we mistake for real life, you can remind timotht to live lucidly.
Some of these insights are deceptively simple. Your experience of this moment is all you can be absolutely sure of. Give it a go… You appear to be a body in the world.

I agreed with the author in his view that life is an amazing thing which we should all be more appreciative of and that existence itself is fascinating and mysterious. You begin to panic: Want to Read saving…. When I compare life to a dream I do not mean to denigrate it as some sort of meaningless fantasy.
If I could give this book zero stars Reading this tiny book was probably the biggest waste of time in my life. Yet we are normally so asleep that we manage to go about our daily business as if being alive is nothing remarkable. But is that right? Mar 06, Sharon rated it liked it. The author just spews a weak regurgitation of the same metaphysical mumbo-jumbo that you probably pondered and discarded as puerile nonsense as a pre-teen.
When we know that all is one, we experience love without limits. Nov 28, tina michelle rated it liked it. I enjoyed the ideas in it but I don’t think that it lived up to its promise of ‘turning my world inside out’. And as awareness neither am I. As awareness we are all one.
